Marketing Coordination
You don't have to think a bit about the marketing in our program! After we have all the information for your event, we will submit that to our preferred partner, and get back to you with a proof to be approved. We will be tracking delivery and event registrations from there on!
Deadlines
Deadlines vary from time to time based on current events, but mail needs to hit home about 2 weeks before the first date in your campaign series. Leave about a week for shipping, a week for proof approval and payment, and 1-2 weeks for venue research and securing a rental. Right now due to some shipping delays, we are seeing a 5-6 week lead-time. Please submit your Event Request form 6 weeks from your first requested event date.,
List Selection
Over time, you may choose to edit your list selection. Some people opt to change their demographics based on location, age, or income. Customizations are welcomed, although we do suggest that you listen to our recommendations when venturing too far from the standard model.
Customization
Your mail pieces can be customized beyond that standard recommendation. From disclosures required by your compliance department to social distancing requirements, or even just upgrading to a larger mailer to get a little more space to work with! We have many members that require small customizations of their campaigns. Speak with your AC to learn more!
Suppression
There are many different reasons we might suppress records when pulling counts for a new campaign. You can choose to take out current clients, or suppress those who have already been mailed to by you or another member, or someone who already attended one of your classes!
Proof Approval
Prompt proof approval is important in our marketing process. Please be sure to approve quickly, but take a careful look before doing so! Once something is printed, no changes can be made. Your AC approves proofs all day, so having their trained eye on your proof is a huge benefit!
Registrations
Once your mailers are out, registrations will begin! You will receive an email every time someone registers, and these registrations will accumulate on the back end of your webpage. Use the link below to log into your Chapter Dashboard.
